License Agreement

01 // Grant of License

Rabbit Ninja ("Licensor") hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rabbit Ninja ("the Software") solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

02 // Restrictions

You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
You shall not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You shall not remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.
You shall not create derivative works based on the Software.

03 // Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Rabbit Ninja and title thereto remains in Rabbit Ninja. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Software are and shall remain in Rabbit Ninja.

04 // Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

05 // Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Rabbit Ninja DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

06 // Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Rabbit Ninja BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
